Atlantic Antic takes over Atlantic Avenue on Sunday, Oct. 4, from noon to 6 p.m.
Ten blocks of Atlantic Avenue, from Hicks Street to Fourth Avenue, are closed to cars, with food, music, shopping and three dedicated kids’ areas. Playtopia runs from noon to 4 p.m. at Atlantic Avenue and Boerum Place. The event is free.
The same weekend, Brooklyn Public Library holds Love Your Library Day across its branches, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 2–4, free of charge. Friday evening is the Adams Street Library’s fifth-birthday party at 6 p.m., and Saturday carries most of the programming, starting at 10 a.m.
