Carnegie Diner & Cafe opened Sept. 23 at 445 Gold St. in DeKalb Market Hall at City Point.
It is the eighth location for owner and executive chef Stathis Antonakopoulos. The menu has all-day breakfast, 12 varieties of pancakes, burgers, plant-based options, milkshakes and a prix-fixe theater menu.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.
