The Savannah-Chatham County School Board approved a five-year contract with Hoar Program Management worth up to $18.95 million to manage its ESPLOST V capital program, Savannah Agenda reported.
The program is about $705 million in school construction and improvements. Hoar was chosen from seven proposals, and the contract covers design, permitting, procurement and construction oversight.
The board also approved a one-year, $610,704 extension of its Georgia Tech Savannah office lease through June 30, 2027. About 100 administrative employees use the space during planning for the Bull Street renovation.
