Goes to a real person, sugar -- not some ol' queue.
A few years ago, Capt. moved to Oakdale. Now he wants to “pull his ship up,” bring the team's experience with him, and help local businesses build stronger systems and make more money.

From now through December 31, 2026, Epic App Solutions will dedicate part of its time to practical pro bono help for businesses in the town Capt. now calls home. For work EAS accepts into this initiative, EAS will not charge for its labor. That may mean reviewing a public website, testing an offer, explaining a technology problem, building a small prototype, or pointing a business toward a trusted firm that is better suited to finish the work.
Oakdale's digital presence needs to increase. Local businesses should be easier to find, understand, contact, book, buy from, and trust online. This period is about helping build that foundation — not selling the town another vague package.
This is not a promise that every request will become a free full-scale development project. Capacity and scope still apply. Businesses remain responsible for third-party expenses they choose or require, including domains, hosting, paid AI accounts, advertising, software subscriptions, licenses, or outside vendors. EAS takes no payment for its accepted pro bono labor.
The team is evaluating information exactly as consumers can see it: public websites, listings, offers, contact paths, policies, and claims. It is how a business presents itself to customers and experts.
Can a customer understand the service, value, and next step?
Can somebody call, book, buy, apply, request a quote, or get an answer?
Do the website, listings, promises, and visible process agree?
Does the technology help the business make money or create more confusion?
This is not private investigation and it is not an attack.
We are not seeking private records, bypassing access controls, or alleging wrongdoing because a page needs
work. We review the same consumer-facing information any customer can see and offer tools intended to help
businesses improve it.
EAS has published working HTML5 templates, downloadable calculators and checklists, and live SEO and SEM checkers. They are not traps and they are not meant to hurt anyone. Open them. Test them. Download the starters. Challenge a score if a rule is wrong.
Good marketing firms understand this. EAS partners with marketing firms because the jobs are different. They bring the market, message, campaign, and audience. A solutions firm is who they call when the question becomes: “Is this technically possible?” We find a responsible way to build it.

Look at the public work Jade and Tim have done across more than two decades. Search their names, inspect the projects, read the timelines, and judge the record. The history has to be public enough to earn trust. A firm that cannot explain its work, ownership, partnerships, and limits does not last this long.
Client confidentiality still matters. We protect private client information and scoped project details. But keeping a client's secrets is different from hiding who we are, how we work, what we offer, or whether the public-facing result functions.
Success is not EAS becoming the center of every local project. It is more Oakdale businesses understanding their technology, improving how customers reach them, using practical tools, making better buying decisions, and connecting with the right builders and marketing partners.
Don't have a business email, or just want to say something quick? This isn't the formal contact form — no company domain required, nothing but a message is needed.
